Ghoomketu provides curated domestic and international travel packages, group tours, travel insurance, assistance, Transport and hotel bookings, and related tourism services. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued without prior notice.

• All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp Business channel, official email, or authorized agents.

• Prices are valid only until the payment is completed. Ghoomketu reserves the right to update pricing.

• Payment confirmation is mandatory for service confirmation.

• Cancellation policies differ by package and will be clearly communicated during booking.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–14 working days, minus applicable charges.

• Refunds may be delayed or denied in case of force majeure events or third-party failures (e.g., hotel closures).

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents  are valid and complete.

• Customers must provide accurate personal information and notify us of any changes promptly.

• All text, images, graphics, videos, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Ghoomketu. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

• By using our services or communicating with us via WhatsApp or email, you consent to receive service-related messages, updates, and promotional content from Ghoomketu.

Ghoomketu is not liable for:

• Delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties (Transport, immigration, hotels, etc.)

• Acts of God, strikes, war, or natural disasters

• Failure to obtain required documents
